About The Mystic Irish Parade Foundation

The Mystic Irish Parade Foundation, Inc, was founded in 2005 in Mystic, Connecticut. It is organized as a charitable organization under US code 501 (c) 3 and chartered as a nonprofit company under the law of the State of Connecticut.

Life began for the Foundation as the Mystic Irish Parade Association, Inc. The difference being it (the Association) was not a fully chartered chartable organization. Seeing the draw backs, the Association began transitioning to the “C-3” status. This would allow the Foundation greater flexibility in it’s overall charitable activities. In summary, the move was a better fit for the existing plan and the future goals of MIPF.

The Foundation is a public corporation. Meetings are held frequently. Most often at the Tabor Inn Conference Center on Thursday’s. Dates vary and seating is limited.
